'Start Small Dream Big' was initiated by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) in 2015 to celebrate SG50 and the 15th anniversary of President's Challenge. Its aim is to build an early childhood community that inculcates values in our children, and encourages them to give back to society. Children have a hand in designing and implementing community service projects, and have opportunities to touch lives and effect change.

We believe that children are never to young to contribute to the community.
