I am a fomer English professor who retired to the North Shore of Boston many years ago. My days are mostly spent translating Chinese Classical and Ancient Latin poetry.
My Catullus translations can be found online at the CIPHER JOURNAL. My first book of Chinese translations was published in 2009 in a deluxe signed limited edition that ended up in various university rare book rooms and in the collections of wealthy book collectors. Currently, I am at work on an expansion of that book of Chinese poems for trade publication.
I have loved the visual arts lifelong without ever entertaining the least idea that I myself could create art. It wasn't until I was 59 years old that, suddenly, I began creating various forms of papert art. On my Flickr page, you'll find a selection of nine years' work. Please comment!!
