I was standing at the door of events at first. The extension followed to that early wonders.

The extension was frame, the static moment of an occurrence in the midst of its beginning and the end. Title of the confinement of that moment with my mind and heart became photography for me. But all along I kept the memory of a challenge with the process of photography. If the taken image is being as an in between static frame of an entire occurrence, the portrait of the same frame should reveal the beginning and the end of it. When ever the holy light of this thought being absent, the right to confine the single frame also becomes absent. The attempt becomes futile.

‘We may ask ourselves why a person who loves a cat (or Mussolini) is not satisfied to keep his love to himself, and wants to force it on others.’ Same is the reason to me of these attempts. Expression cannot be a fulfilled one exclusively within me. So here I am to share the feel of frame with others. After completed BFA, in painting from Trivandrum Fine Arts College, frames became the life. Awards and exhibitions kept in its other path. Years ago there was not a concept of choice, every thing stood with man as unavoidable. For me also, photography, it’s not a matter of choice, but of obvious.
