Security Police & Security Officers of America SPSOA is a Nationwide Security Union and the only security union in the United States that specializes in the representation of both private, public, municipal and federal security professionals under the jurisdiction of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) , Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA), Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board and other agencies.
