The singleness categories on here are really weird. I'm married and a mom. I've recently become an obsessive photo taker and image horder. My pictures are taken with a kodak easy share point and shoot, usually with my toddler hanging on my leg or arm or trying to push the button or getting the lens all sticky with toddler goo. I like feedback, I'm not trying to become a professional but I'd love to improve as much as I can with the tools I have. I live in a rural area of New England, USA, but am originally from the New York City area.

I'm going to have to stop saying though that its all my camera's fault...my husband and parents just bought me a new camera for my birthday today! Rather than my little Kodak easy share they got me a Canon S3 powershot. I'm excited! Someday I'd like an dSLR if I keep taking photos but for now I'm just thrilled that I'm going to have something with manual settings and the ability to focus where I want to focus.
