Upland is a bold, ambitious, world-class, rural-based visual art and craft development organisation based in Dumfries & Galloway, South West Scotland.

Upland produces a number of programmes supporting and nurturing professional, emerging and aspiring visual artists and makers on a local, national and international level.

Uplan's flagship event is Spring Fling: one of most successful open studios event of its kind in Scotland. Spring Fling takes place in May each year and runs a three day event celebrating artists and makers in the region.
