Brad Beale is a 30 year veteran in the hospitality industry. He began working in the food and beverage industry at age 15 and has performed every job imaginable from dishwasher to waiter to manager. Brad bartended part time during his college years at the Long Island University campuses of CW Post and Southampton before leaving college in 1986 to establish a telemarketing company specializing in resort properties and a sporting event and concert ticket business.

Brad’s passion is Social Media. He currently writes blogs, creates posts and manages content for his businesses and is expanding his company, BB & KE media, to include local restaurants, nightclubs and hospitality brands.

Brad’s responsible for organizing and donating over $50,000.00 to local and national charitable organizations including Kroenke Sports Charities, the Red Cross (CO Flood Relief fund), Chive Charities, W.I.L.D. Bird rehab center and the Boys and Girls Clubs of America.

Brad has managed several successful concepts, Buckley’s Irish Pub in Southampton NY, Cadillac’s a high end lounge in Hilton Head SC and Brendan’s Pub a blues club in Denver CO.

Brad is also a co-founder and partner of 3 hospitality brands: Spill Lounge an upscale club since 2003, the Highland Tap and Burger a neighborhood restaurant specializing in gourmet burgers and craft beer since 2010 and the Armoury a soccer pub and live music venue since 2012.

These diverse experiences have given him the perspective to be an effective manager of personnel, multi channel marketer and customer relationship expert across multiple concepts in the hospitality industry.
