Started with an Olympus E510 and 300mm lens. Used this for about 3 years learning what I could, then bought myself a Nikon D7000 and a 500mm lens as I'd reached the limits of what the Olympus could achieve for me.

Very keen on wildlife photography. Birdwatching was a hobby of mine pre-teens, and I lost interest until a few years ago when I took it up again.
