I have been taking snaps ever since I got my first camera, a Pentax K1000, back in the '80s.

My late uncle David got me into the photography fundamentals, long before digital came along. I do this for a hobby & consider myself an amateur enthusiast.

I believe often the best shots are taken when you have to make a fool of yourself -- or take a risk to get an unusual or interesting angle.
