Hi there. I'm Tiina, a writer and passionate foodie behind Sparkling Ink blog. I live in Finland with my fiance. Before Finland, we have lived in Toronto, Canada and Michigan, USA. I’m self-taught in the kitchen, trained in writing and with the camera, and simply passionate about living life to its fullest with small pleasures, love and laughter.

Sparkling Ink is a food & home blog about love for food and simple living. For me food is all about fresh ingredients in season, having fun in the kitchen and sharing it all with family and friends.

My blog is a place where I share recipes in seasonal cooking and feel-good food, many inspired by two of my home cultures Scandinavian and American. Working with food and the camera make me happy. Hope to share that happiness with you, and bring you to a table of great food and friends.
