I've always had an interest in photography, but it became a total obsession in 2009 when I got my first DSLR camera. I love the way that photography makes you see the world and tunes you in to seeing beauty in the most mundane things; I never go anywhere without a camera anymore and take at least one photo every day. (Prior to the pandemic this resulted in a LOT of photos of the Barbican Centre, which I walked through most days to get to and from work, in London. Now working from home, and having moved to beautiful North Devon, most of my photos are taken in Ilfracombe.)
