Hi People, My name is Haisham Shareef, as it already says in my screen name. I'm a 21 year old male, living in the Maldives. Photography has interested me since I was very young, but I never gave it a good try until last year. I am looking forward to learning all I can about photography, and hopefully come up with something creative and meaningful. My photostream is all about what I learn, I post pictures that I, (someone who doesnt own an SLR yet) create in my imagination, and try to apply it once I get a hold of a camera. I do not prefer a certain brand of cameras, but I'll go with Nikon for its upper hand in noise reduction. Mainly I shoot with whatever I get my hands on. I am not something you would even compare to a beginner yet, but I shall learn and rise to a top level someday.

My photography is deeply inspired by nostalgic photos, back in the time of the Polaroids and film cameras, candid shots and night shots. Portraiture is something I wanna master as well.

Like alot of people on flickr, I like my photos post-processed and very recently have found a love for cross processing.

I try to keep a steady number of contacts and try to remain as active as I can. I try not to let any work by anyone go unattended. I look for inspiration and knowledge in my contact's photos.
