Only analog

Only Caffenol (recently I've tried Rodinal, but I still prefer caffenol)

I try to comment on my buddies postings as much as time allows. So I have to keep the number of contacts small. Smaller than I would wish. And I concentrate my attention on analog photography. This is not to say digital is bad or so. It is just not my kind of photography.

flickr has changed a lot. Comments (and answers to them) seem to be out of style. Frankly said, I myself don't comment as much as I used to. So, please do not be disappointed when I "just" fave a picture.

oh my, flickrs sucks indeed. again they changed a lot in a direction I really dislike.

anyway:

I changed myself and my photography. and I guess some may really dislike that too.

after years of analog, film, caffenol and scanner (which brought me back to photography which I am very thankful for) I got myself a digital camera and lenses again

"I use everything that takes a photo" somewhere I've read that here in a flickr personal statement and I make it mine now too.

I find no reason to stick to analog stricktly anymore. I found that making a good picture thakes a lot of luck, time, skills and patience. and the gear is just the crutch that enables me to hobble down the path ...
