I love to take pictures (when I remember to bring my camera). I went digital around 2000 to save my pocket book from the cost of developing roll upon roll of pictures from anime conventions like Otakon or Animazment. I've been in love with digital ever since.

My current camera was recently upgraded from a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P120 to a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX7V. This time I got a red one. I'm looking forward to the day when I don't have to think about navigating it's features and exposure/aperture settings.

In addition to general snapshots, I've taken interest in concert photography. Most of the time I'm snapping pics of awesome rock bands based in Pittsburgh. Thanks to these groups I've heard so much great music, seen a few "big acts" and continued to improve my skills. On special occasions I borrow a friend's Canon PowerShot S5IS.
