When people ask me why I moved to England from the Pacific North West Coast of Canada, I always say that it was for love. I came here to be with my partner in 2005 intending to persuade them to return to Vancouver with me... little did I know that that love would just keep on growing to include a sense of home, community and now our children.

I have been studying form and decoration under Master Potter, Roberto Gagliano for the past number of years, but have now moved on to teach at both Hot Fox Pottery and Romud Ceramics. This work is deeply satisfying and unendingly interesting.

My current body of work explores colour and motif found in traditional textiles of the cultures of my mixed heritage.
