I found her photos incredibly beautiful, whimsical, funny and strangely familiar...they gave the clear, undeniable presence of a creative being. I was born in washington, and have long felt that people from washington are blessed with an essence of spirit that others from the region can sometimes feel a connection with and a kinship to.
