I thought I was going to lose my account. I always had trouble getting on if I forgot my password, but recently Yahoo failed me.

Even though I was still getting emails on my recovery email, using it would point me to the wrong account. Somehow I have 2 accounts! This email for this account was a rogers.com email from long ago when they offered free Flickr Pro as an incentive to use Rogers. I've heard so many people have issues whose accounts were based on non Yahoo emails.

Yahoo seemed willing to help, but their hoops were far to difficult to maneuver. In the end, I contacted Smug Mug and THEY HELPED!! The process was not painful. In fact, it was pleasant. I've lost respect for Yahoo in the process and gained a new friend in Smug Mug :)
