An artist, photographer, avid reader and lover of the countryside. A pescetarian, animal lover and pet owner.

I work predominantly with people who have Alzheimer's and dementia. A tough job at times, admittedly, but so very rewarding for the majority of the time.

I used to work in education for some years, but often like to have a change to keep things fresh.

I live in the glorious English countryside with my hubby and daughter. I have two rabbits, two kittens and tropical fish to fuss over when not absorbed in my artwork. I work mostly with ink but have dabbled a little more recently with watercolours.

I have a passion for travel, music and dance and love to spend time fine dining and wining with my close friends and talking into the late hours of the night.

I love the changes in the seasons but have to admit to really coming to life during the summer months. I (LOVE) hot sunny weather.

As much as I love being at home I am an outdoor type of person by nature and am drawn to long walks in the countryside. I used to horse ride until a few years ago, but intend to get back in the saddle. I frequent our local Nature reserves and wildlife parks and I am also a member of The National Trust.
