"Nothing in our doing or the way we go through life will shift until we can question, and then choose once again, the basic set of beliefs . . . . that lie behind our actions."

Peter Block, "Community, the Structure of Belonging"

Welcome

The quality of life we dream of for tomorrow is decided by the built environments we design today. The world we will have then is enriched by expanding the conversations we have now.

This is why I draw.

My work represents glimpses of the yet-to-be worlds we discover through the dialogues we have as planners and designers. The imagery:

- Captures snapshots of possible futures;

- Puts our assumptions of what is possible in plain view;

- Preserves a vision of new opportunities; and

- Enables us to map a new and more direct course for the future we choose with clearer understanding of what it is we really want.

A vision is a revelation: a piece of tomorrow made visible and accessible today. I create a record of each vision as it it emerges during the discovery process. These records:

- Assist people to be liberated from old ways of thinking;

- Create proof of an alternate future;

- Reinforce people's understanding of their future; and

- Serve as a valuable resource for decision-making.

The work on this site represents visions that emerged from conversations during previous projects: conversations much like ones you may be about to have today. I would welcome the chance to discuss how this service can benefit your clients and the futures they seek to create.
