So who am I? Work wise I'm a project manager by week and a wedding photographer by weekend; it helps to keep me sane. I've been doing the weddings for 6 years and love it...I certainly don't see it as 'work'. Although it's not an easy task, it is a rewarding one which outweighs the pressures and responsibilities.

I've had an SLR in my hand since my early teens (I'm now at the ripe old age of 34!) and have always enjoyed snapping. My main subjects have obviously been my hobbies which are cars and you'll see that from my sets on flickr. Mainly Caterhams (Lotus) Sevens, one of which I own, and Italian exotics - which sadly I don't own ;-( though I have a few friends through which I can enjoy them.

Just recently I set myself a little objective of getting out more around and about my home town as there are so many beautiful places on my doorstep that for too many years have gone unnoticed.

Over recent years I have built up quite a tidy amount of camera gear and without being a camera snob my gear includes a Canon EOS 1D MkIIn and some nice L glass like the 70-200mm f/2.8 and the 400mm L f/5.6 - I can't believe how sharp and fast that 400 lens is. Funnily enough though one of my favourite lenses is the Canon 50mm f/1.8 MkII (after my 70-200). This little lens is Canon's cheapest and although the build quality is laughable (though therein lies some of the appeal I think) it is just a little cracker and everyone should have one in their bag.

Thanks for taking the time to look and I hope you enjoy looking round my sets.

Cheers
