I enjoy taking pictures and have only recently got back into the hobby. I purchased a Nikon D60 with a 18-55 zoom and also purchased a 70-300 zoom.

My original 35mm film camera a Pentax K1000 was stolen from my house while we were in the process of raising kids. Now that I can once again can afford a hobby and have some time to do one I am enjoying it. I was able to find a K1000 with a 70-300 zoom really cheap on Ebay and purchased it. A good buy since I still had a 2x teleconverter, 135 telephoto, 28-90 zoom and a 70-210 zoom for the K1000.

I now have the best of both worlds digital and film.

I enjoy time on my property and with my family.
