I used to be a "purist" with my images, doing minimal contrast adjustment and rare cropping. A year or so ago, I started doing a little more adjustment with curves and levels. Still, I try to frame them the way I like them right off the bat, and the ideal for me is to get it right the first time. Even though I now use Lightroom to process my photos, I still want some great shots straight out of the camera.

 

I didn't take that many photos until I went digital in 2004, and then I went a little nuts. I suppose that happened to a lot of people.
