To me, every photo is a snapshot of history and every subject is a portal. I document places, visible or otherwise and, when it might be of interest, post my notes on their stories. For scope & context I shoot sets, approaching each photo as a scene in a film. So quantity matters and waiting for light, weather or an unobstructed view isn't an option. I shoot, scoot & adapt to (hopefully) best serve the story by keeping the photography from getting in front of it.
