As a black gay man from the beautiful Caribbean, now residing in London England, my journey through Second Life I've often chosen to present as a black albino but currently as a mixed raced pixel, helping to add to the the rich diversity of ethnicity, into this very polarised environment as it stands.

I'm just another soul, driving these pixels on my journey through this Second Life experience and I've been given the power to change looks at a snap. How grand is that! All well and good but the core fundamentals remain. I am emotive. I have feelings. I have desires. I am a person. I am ever lasting.

I will not tolerate abuse on ANY level and will remain loyal and abiding to the people who bring light, love and diversity into the gendered norms that still populate this environment.

Sometimes they forget that our bond in humanity can be over shadowed by the power of the pixel but I serve as a reminder, that a soul remains at the root of any SL experience. As should everyone eking out an existence here and in RL come to realise.

In sharing my stories, images, feelings and emotions, I have welcomed you into my minds eye. Birthing this is a testament that serves at capturing the moments through images, along this merry jaunt through the social experiment that we create.

Trini X

P.S.

You might note that I haven't officially begun to blog brands, windlights, filters and so on, as I just want to focus on creating the element and mood for the shots depicting my everyday SL life. I will try my hardest to menton brands I'm partial to. My art comes from my mind and where I am emotionally. What is art without emotion?

Trini is my outlet for RL. Props to all content creators as without your talent, we might not have that opportunity to do what we do either. If you see something that sparks interest, let's do it old school and, ask a question, strike up conversation. I am happy to get that info back to you. Peace and Love from me to you. X
