Hi there and thank you for visiting my photostream. Comments are always appreciated and I do my best to try to stay up on my contacts' latest additions.

I have a Canon system (EOS 40D body and various lenses) for my dSLR but will also use a point-and-shoot (currently Canon PowerShot A710 IS) for when I don't want to carry around 10lbs+ of gear around me all day.

I don't do a lot of computer processing, mostly because I don't really enjoy spending a lot of time on the computer manipulating an image. I much prefer to fiddle with the composition, lighting, angles, etc. in camera.

What do I like to shoot? Hmmm, just about everything, I guess. I love landscapes, seascapes, and nature. I'll bore you to death with shots upon shots of flowers. I really like cityscapes, architecture, and interior spaces. I'd like to do more portraits and people photography but don't have willing subjects apart from my two cats. I've even been known to do the occasional wedding.

These days I'm enamoured with shooting waterfalls and doing long exposures.
