I'm a retired healthcare professional with three Nikons and lots of empty hard drive space. I returned to photography with the introduction of the D50 after a 20 year hiatus. Better quality glass at a lower price along with no more expense and worries of film were the reasons why I returned. I used Minolta 20 years ago and could have keep my old lenses and gotten a Konica Minolta but after much research and looking at reviews and sample photos from every intro dslr at the time I decided on Nikon. I have shot 20,000 frames on my D50 and D80 since I got back into photography. Enjoy some of my best work here on flickr.
