With the beginning of the legalization movement starting on the west coast in

Washington, Oregon and Colorado, other states have begun to get on board with

Marijuana Reform on the ballot for November. One of the big swing states, whose vote is

very important, is California. California is the sixth largest economy in the world- with

only the United States as a whole and a few other large countries in the top five.
