Thanks for visiting my profile and or looking at my photos. I've been dabbling in photography since about 2008 and am keen to improve, trying this year to get out more than I have done in the past.

I've received a lot of help and tips from Flickr users over the years so if I can be of any help to you, please ask.

My kit consists of a Canon 7D, 17-40, 55-250 and a Lensbaby. I hope to get an ultra wide lens soon, possibly the Tokina 11-16 for landscapes and startrails.

One of my pet hates on here is the "Day 72 of 365" type photos, if I don't add you back as a contact this is most likely why. I don't know if it is some common theme on photography courses; taking a photo every day but I don't think it helps to improve anyones photography skills, as by day 10 they're bored and have resorted to taking pictures of cutlery, furniture, shoes, closeups of pets... and whatever else is around the house because it's 10pm and they forgot to take the photo earlier.
