Ski Breezy is a catered independent chalet in Chamonix. I run it in the winter for skiing and snowboarding holidays. I cook and although I say so myself, the food is very good. I love food and the outdoors, and have been in the valley for over ten years. Generally people really appreciate my local knowledge and the value that it adds to their holiday experience. Let's face it most people only get a limited amount of holiday and they don't want to waste it having a mediocre time.
