Hi Everyone -

 

My name is Sandra and I live in Molalla, OR. I am the church photographer for my church, and I like taking indoor pictures, however my real love is for the outdoors. I use a Casio QV-4000, a Canon PowerShot A620, and a Nikon D - 40 which are digital cameras, and the Nikon is the one that I am currently using the most. I have been taking pictures ever since I was a little girl. I started out on a Kodak Instamatic and used film. I eventually graduated to a Pentax ME Super and used film - which takes beautiful pictures, however it is heavy and would be costly to use now. I have had other film cameras too, but I can't remember what they were. So, now I have joined the digital world. My digital cameras are alot lighter and I can take as many pics. as I want too. Yahoo!

 

I also love to enter photo contests. I entered the 2004/2005 North Willamette Valley Phone Directory Contest and won 1st place. My falls picture was published on the front cover of the phone book. I just recently entered the 2008/2009 North Willamette Valley Phone Directory Contest and won honorable mention. My cemetery picture was published in the Rural Focus Magazine section of the Phone Directory.

 

I love receiving and giving comments, looking at other Flickr photos, and joining the Flickr Groups. It makes me feel really happy about my photography to receive a comment. I also enjoy staying in touch with other Flickr Contacts.

 

I have been married to my Husband - John for 20 yrs. now, and we have a 14 yr. old Son, who is our miracle child.

I have been a member of Flickr since April 29, 2006 and really love it.

 

Sept. 13, 2007 - Yahoo! This was the day that I finally got 1,000 views on my photostream. I am really happy that there was that many people that wanted to look at my photos. I am really honored!
