I have graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University on the 12th July 2010. I am 24 years old and living in Leeds. My work in the past has focussed on large scale portraiture, drawn from photographs. I developed a systematic approach to portraiture in a way that deconstructs and manipulates the properties inherent to portrait photography. I am interested in how photography can be manipulated by artistic representation.

This research has guided my new line of enquiry which is large scale photorealistic animal paintings. I like using impacting and iconic subjects in my work
