I like the dark roast and the carrot cake at Bean Around the World in Victoria's Chinatown. But I live in VancouverMontreal now. The carrot cake at Turk's on the DriveBonny's in Little Burgundy is vegan and has a sesame dressing. Interesting! is pretty damn good. And I like the vegan zucchini chocolate muffins at JJ Bean. That's in Vancouver. Haven't found any great muffins in Montreal yet.
Okay I'm in Vancouver again.
What is with this sense of defining ourselves by where we live?
I would rather be defined by what I do.
Now, what is it that I do? Good question.
I'm a writer and student and literary magazine worker in Saskatoon. I walk across a half-frozen river in -30C most mornings and I love it somewhere.

Silly Sirrah/Sarrah isn't really silly: she's simply, silly. (And cool.)
