I have been a professional artist since 1969. Somehow, the education adds some depth to the taste for, and insight into cultural explorations, like James Lelands' photos. One of my fave photographers, James never fails to offer interest to the viewer,whether the image is a snap from holiday times, or a study in ecru, the imagination and sincerely loving, spiritual endowment into each of these images just goes on for miles. I have been both wowed by his professionalism and in love with his cat, Audrey, who must be one of the dearest cats in the US. (Of course, she lives with James!)
