I have been photographing the bizarre and beautiful for nearly two decades. My aesthetic can best be described as a harmonious, yet sometimes jarring mix of the past and present. I attempt to blur the edges between decades, styles, themes, etc...by producing moody renditions of Film Noir, early 1900's glamour, emulation of silent film stills, German Expressionism, and 1940-50's pin-up/fetish...to more modern interpretations of similar themes...often over-lapping/juxtaposing composition and context. I'm a big fan of high contrast, manipulating shadows, and grain (when appropriate). I shoot both digital and film, yet currently favor the flexibility of digital.

Currently I am seeking to connect with models, musicians, performance artists, actors, make-up artists, fashion companies, magazines, set builders, and photographers with a similar aesthetic, etc. I would like to continue building my body of B&W work, but also enjoy working with color and color manipulation.
