Hello and welcome to my profile! I am Head of the Educational Development Unit at the University of Greenwich. I am currently involved in many development projects but my research tends to lie mostly in the development and evaluation of learning design and I have presented on this subject and run workshops in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Africa over the last 10 years. Originally I was trained as an artist, and worked in art & design and teacher education for over 19 years. I am programme co-leader of the Certificate of Professional Development in Transfroming Learning through Digital Technologies, pathway leader for the MA in Education (e-Learning) and,responsible for the University’s annual e-learning and learning and teaching conferences.

I am a Higher Education Academy National Teaching Fellow.
