I started taking photographs when I was 18/19 (and stopped around early 20's) with SLR's which seemed quite easy compared with the DSLR nowadays, or is that because I'm in my 50's!

I used a nikon D800, two full frame lenses, a 70-200 2.8, 24-70mm 2.8. I also used a nikon 10-24, 18-200, 35, 50 and 70-300mm (all DX). However I have now sold these for a Leica. I shoot raw.

I am my own worst critic and therefore will not upload an image unless I'm happy with it or I need advice from other flickr users. All constructive comments are always welcome!

I have been married to a very understanding flickr widow for 38 years and have two grown up children who I seem to embarrass on a regular basis!
