I'm a pure almost-pro photographer. I'm frustrated of not shooting more. I love to shoot all alone, walking with my camera and all my gear on my back. I love to meet people, talk, discuss of passions and pleasure. I'm curious and always look around to see something different.
I've started shooting with a little Dimage A1 and then, I rapidly got a Canon 20D that I still keep in my bag (in case of...). Then I had a Canon 5DMarkII and I loved it even if it's really big. I've started shooting skiers but, as my job took me more time, and mountains are not so close, I went more into urban stuff and night photography.
I do some studio sometimes but I hate yelling at models. Also, I don't have many ideas... Instead, I prefer much better walking alone, by myself with my music in my ears.
Then, instead of buying a 35mm, I bought a Fuji x100s. It was such a revelation to me. I started to walk with that camera in my pocket every day. I sold my tons of gear, and I just kept that little guy. In Feb 2018, it has died. I could not stay with an empty pocket. So, I bought the new x100f. Now, I am so happy.
I live in Lyon, France., I ski in La Gr***.
