Hi. It's totally blowing me away, just how amazing it is to be alive and capable of feeling body sensation, emotion, thought, sight, touch, oh my g!d, life is really so rich and sensual - and that's true in every moment.

Aside from the multitude of sensations in my body (pressure from the weight of my right calf on my left ankle, tightness in my left shoulder - just below the shoulder blade), it's incredible to be sitting in a space that is dry, lit, and comfortable, while at the same time I'm getting glimpses into other incredible people's lives.

As f&cked up as the world is due to an over-relience on resources that are seemingly disconnected from our lives and controlled by factors that are out of our sight, it's really a blessing and a treat to be able to enjoy the miraculous and unique opportunities of this time.
