I'm a self-taught photographer with a lot to learn. Having only used point-and-shoot camera for years, I picked up a DSLR for the first time in 2007. I played with it for a few months, but it quickly faded into the background once I bought a Vespa in April, 2008. Life threw me a curveball on July 19, 2008 and I ended up selling the Vespa and deciding to jump back into photography. It's safer.
