I've seen Simian Fan grow so much just in the last year (when he first stopped using full auto settings) that it scares me to think where he'll be in the next year! It goes to show that you need to have a good eye, and Simian Fan most definitely has it! His relative 'newness' to photography has helped him tremendously because it has allowed him to shoot based on what he sees, not what 'should' be done. That is clearly reflected in his creativity and amazing photos!

I'm very lucky to have a friend who shares his interesting and expertly shot photos on a variety of subjects, from many different places, and from which I can live vicariously until I am back on my feet and ready to drag my arse outside of Canada =)

This man has travelled the world. Looks like where ever he goes he takes his camera with him, for which I consider myself fortunate. As it is because of that, that me and people like me can experience the wonders of nature in a way that is very unique. Marcus's pictures are so full of life that I am always looking forward to seeing a new one in his photostream. I just hope Marcus doesn't forget his camera on any of his trips!
