The Name:

The word “Silience” is from “The Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows” by John Koenig. The essence of this combination of the words “Silent” and “Excellence” is inextricably entangled with our lives. Almost all of us have come across some extremely brilliant people who has their talents masked under the demands of the “conventional” community. If only their talents were appraised by the cartel of popular taste, they themselves could become the person they idolize now.

The Essence:

In a world filled with numbers and figures, machines have replaced men’s occupation in almost every field. The fine line between us and the programmed alloys is that they can never be passionate about anything. While their processing units are busy dealing with zeros and ones, our brains are bustling with “If I could’’s. Would you not grasp the chance to exhibit your triumph? Silience tries to enliven your passion so that instead of becoming the next Picasso, Darwin or Newton, you can be the first of your name.

The Operating Team:

The operating team of Silience comprises of a number of ardent youngsters who opted for the cause of this association. The team tends to introduce a range of resourceful and compelling ways to enliven a person’s passion. Providing an arsenal of regular online events, festivals, competitions and quizzes, the team settles to ensure absolute recognition. We, therefore aim to spotlight the fragment comprising of potential individuals even if they are buried deep within their personality.

The People We Work For:

We believe that every single person is excellent in one thing or another. Perhaps, it is something quite mainstream or maybe it is something eccentric. Some people manage to spend their entire life concealing their talent. They either lack confidence or the occasion to showcase their talent. Silience opens the door of opportunities to these people. Knowing how teenagers ponder, an association formed by youngsters to ensure that they open their suitcase of brilliance to the world.
