I enjoy experimenting with a variety of media.

I am also available to do commission artwork, or to create custom 3D models, for instance for use in Second Life.

I can use an SLR Camera, and am currently using a Canon 40D. I like doing things with remote flashes for off-camera lighting.

I have a BFA from the Art Institute of Houston, and have been using 3DS Max for many years. I've also taken classes in Maya. And I sculpt in ZBrush with a Wacom pad on my laptop.

I've picked-up many skills along the way. I've recently worked as a sports photographer, taking action shots of children's baseball, I've done a little bit of staged portrait work too, for team pictures, and I've done studio shots in a school.

I sometimes work with a local production company to do graphics for TV commercials, or animations for industrial videos.

I've worked as a photo and video editor for a wedding photographer, using LightRoom and Final Cut Pro.

Long ago I started out in the art department of a T-Shirt company, working with Illustrator, Photoshop, and a set of actions for separating bitmaps into spot color and simulated process (different kinds of color mixing styles, so that color pictures can be printed on a colored T-Shirt) and in that position I also taught myself Corel Draw.

Lately I've also been learning Java programming from Stanford's freely available CS106-a course I found on YouTube.

I can do a little bit of everything, and I love to learn new stuff, and to teach others what I've learned.
