I've been into doing photography since I was very young. At age 14 I took my first large paycheck and together with my father's help I got an SLR, a Mamiya Sekor DTL1000. Within a year I got an enlarger and built a darkroom in a closet and started rolling bulk film into cassettes. I photographed my teenage life in Half Moon Bay and Kings Mountain CA. I had a lot of fun keeping a camera at my side throughout high school and over the summer breaks going backpacking and exploring the Santa Cruz Mtns.
