I was born in a very small town in Oklahoma. And when I say small town I mean that there was only one red light and it was a blinking one. There was one grocery store and it closed at 8PM. Small town living!

I grew up in Louisiana which is the most amazing state filled with the friendliest people who for the most part are also the best cooks!

After college I moved to Austin TX. Austin is my love. It is an amazing city full of open minded loving people, who are very into nature, music, and life. I work for a great company and have the best job ever. I met the love of my life in 2003 and we got married in 2006. He is amazing and inspires me to enjoy life on a daily basis.

I like to take all kinds of pics, but I find that I am most pleased with the nature shots that I take.

Flickr has opened me up to different types of photos that I have not yet taken. I hope to learn a lot from looking at how other people take photos and what they take photos of.
