Benny Tan is a thriving photographer & filmmaker. Born in Singapore and raised in Auckland, New Zealand, Benny has had the opportunity to travel widely across five continents, to learn and experience cultures and integrate them into the entertainment and media arts.

Benny developed an interest in live event photography at the age of thirteen, and has a diversified portfolio culminated with experience including large local & international acts and management-level involvement in larger international events. Benny demonstrates performance and expertise at a calibre exceptional for his age.

In 2012, he moved to Orlando, Florida to refine his passion for filmmaking and earned a Bachelor of Science in Cinematography & Filmmaking and now resides in Auckland, New Zealand. Benny works as a freelance camera assistant for films, television and documentaries with projects that span the globe.
