I work as a professional engineer, but in my spare time I prefer exercising my true passions - photography and writing. Combined, these two mediums offer me a form of expression that eclipses all others. They also seem to clear my mind of all my day's worries.

I recently sealed the deal on this new passion of mine by purchasing a beautiful Nikon D200 camera with a Nikkor 18-200 mm lens. I was previously using a Nikon D50, but after this purchase I can't believe I survived without the D200.

I maintain a website called Shutterscript where I post my photos, writing, tutorials, and whatever other randomness crosses my mind that I feel like sharing. :-) My photos can also be purchased from there as well. I will be making certain photos available with text (poetry or prose which I write) superimposed on them for a more poetic feel.
