I'm a busy mom of 3 little ones. I classify myself as a total beginner since I've just recently figured out what aperture, ISOs and white balances are. Up until that point, I was stuck on the automatic modes of my camera.

I received my first digital camera, a Canon S50, when my first child was born. 2 additional kids and a gazillion shots later, my hubby gave me a dSLR, a Canon 40D, for my birthday (I think he was fed up with all those blurry & underexposed photos of our family).

Well, these are my "photographic" fumblings on display as I learn to use my dSLR. I'm blessed to have more than enough interesting models to shoot (my kidlets & hubby) and ample enough scenic places to explore and photograph (I love the West Coast!).
