Its always tough to write about myself! Maybe because I don’t know much about myself as much the people around know. But still, as I am bound to give some information about me and I’m trying to re-discover myself once more!!

My Name is Md. Rokibul Islam Shozib, most of the people in the web who are connected with me know me as Shozib Rokibul Islam. I was born & brought up in one of the most beautiful city of Bangladesh that is Port City Chittagong. I came to Dhaka in the year 2005 after I completed my BSc. In Computer & Communication Engineering. I came to Dhaka for job purposes. I started my carrier as a Management Auditor in URS (United Registered of System-UK Based) and Accordia Global Compliance Group (USA based), doing audit and training for various type of International standard like ISO 9001:2008 (Quality Management System), ISO 22000 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 14000 (Environmental Management System), WRAP (World Wide Responsible Accredited Production), CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), SA 8000 (Social Accountability), BSCI and Buyers Code of Conduct.

Strangely, my academic background or my job field had nothing to do with Photography. But in 2008, when I got involved with Photography, I did not know then that this single thing would change my life in such a positive way! This thing has taught me to appreciate all the small things that make up the beautiful world we live in. through my lens I have learnt how to capture special moments and translate them into art. At home or outside, I have learnt to appreciate the beauty of all things through my lens. I do not emphasize on any particular theme or subject, rather each & everything in this queer world is my subject! Every opportunity to shoot, weather it is a wedding, or a protest, life style, landscape, model Photography-all these are opportunities for me to create art. Each occasion is unique and a new chances for me to share with others my passion for modern & photojournalistic style of Photography.

I speak through my lens! Photography is my language and colours are my grammar and each of my captures is my words. I am not an expensive person, maybe that why I express through my lens.
