Hello, I am a lover of life. I retired from teaching at age 52 due to congestive heart failure. I am now in my 60's and still going strong. I have traveled extensively. This is my favorite pastime along with playing piano and vocal music. I am not a great musician, but better then average. My family and friends love me and tell me I'm great. I love art and dabble in verse. I find it cathartic. I enjoy knitting and interior design. I've worked in many professions over the years; teaching, banking, travel consultant, health insurance agent, special needs educator to name a few. The best of all was being a stay at home mother. I am a very spiritual person for as long as I can remember. Much of my life was spent searching for truth... I believe I have found it in Jesus Christ.

On Oct 9, 2008, we were blessed by the birth of our first grandchild.... Life in now filled with more wonders and joy.
