Born here in the USA, I got the travel bug from my parents who lived all over the US from Seattle, Washington to Bangor, Maine all the way down to Key West, Florida while seeing thousands of places in-between with them, on my own and on business. We lived in Key West where my mother and three siblings were all born, I on the other hand was born in Washington D.C. on vacation and delivered early.

I"m dedicated to budget friendly travels and excursions specializing in fun-filled day trips, weekend ventures, vacations & road trips with plenty of sightseeing both here in the USA and abroad!

I've lived my travel life below my means so that I could travel more often and therefore learned the secrets of how to stretch a dollar by utilizing my experience and acquiring many travelers tips & tricks while avoiding the tourist traps others may fall into.

I had a lifetime goal of traveling to all 50 US states (includes Alaska & Hawaii) & 50 foreign countries before I turned 50 which I called 50/50/50... and you know what, I did it when others said I wouldn't... in fact I finished 1-1/2 years early!

I'm an expert traveler always packing lite and never staying in the same place too long allowing me the opportunity to see so many countries. Since surpassing 50 foreign countries I've not quit but have slowed down with a total of 60 countries now under my belt including: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belarus, Belize, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Cayman Islands, Costa Rica, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Macedonia, Martinique, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Norway, Panama, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia & Montenegro, Scotland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, St. Maarten, St. Martin, Sweden, Switzerland, US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas), United States of America, Vatican City, & Wales! The three remaining must sees before I die are the Egyptian Pyramids, Great Wall of China, & Mt. Rushmore!
